The world’s headlines about Ukraine are dominated by stories of corruption, war and all the things not going right in the nation. But that’s not the whole story. Ukrainians are highly entrepreneurial, when given the freedom, and highly adaptive.

Here, you can find a sampling of innovators whose achievements have improved the lives or have the potential to improve the lives of Ukrainians while helping the nation to build a new economy. Visionaries in business not only see the future, they anticipate people’s needs and capitalize on them. The rest of us, in turn, benefit from their talents and ambition. So three cheers to all of Ukraine’s successful innovators – we need more!
